LEVEL DESIGN

This game project, focussing on the level deisgn specifically, was my first proper game that I created, during my university degree.

You play as a 'camper', who has lost all of their friends in the dense, misty forest, while you were all camping. By exploring the environment certain items will be highlighted with lighting, that the player can pick up, and use to unlock new areas. Keys may unlock gates, whereas other tools, such as axes, will be used for removing debris in the way, much like instances of rocks, and logs, even cacti.

Once the campers are found, the lost camper will be transported back to the beginning area, where all the tents are, sat around a campfire; the player will then be able to accurately establish how many campers they have found, as well as how many campers they have to find, in order to complete the game.
